The Beacon Recreation Center in Arlington, Texas was designed by Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture and built by Sundt Construction.
The new 33,000 square foot, two-level facility includes a variety of amenities both inside and out. There is volleyball, pickle ball, and basketball courts along with a weight room, fitness studio, community room, indoor track, and kids club center. Outdoor amenities include a turf workout space, Aire Fitness pod, splash-pad and playground. The design features a lighted two-story atrium, which provided inspiration for the center’s name.
