The offices of Swinerton, a commercial construction company, just relocated to the East Quarter neighborhood in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The 8500 SF space with an adjacent 1500 SF expansion was designed by IA Interior Architects, who provided interior architecture, experiential graphics, and lighting design. Furniture solutions were provided by Tangram Interiors.

The hospitality-focused office design centers around client experience and can be used as a showroom for construction means. The historic building, located at 2200 Main St., and the branding included in this project showcase the company values and history.

This project was awarded CRE Collaborative Excellence by CoreNet Global North Texas at CoreNet Black White & Blue Corporate Real Estate Awards.
